THE CONDITIONING IS THE PROBLEM, NOT YOU

“Self-doubt is a story you were taught. Trust is the one you get to write.”

Where self-doubt comes from and why it was never the truth.

Most people carry a version of self-doubt they were never taught to question, inherited from family, culture and the default expectation to have it all figured out. That's the conversation I started with A Millennial Mind, though it's grown into a lot more since, honest conversations on identity, relationships, health and the beliefs we're taught to carry without question. From there, I've taken the same work further, onto a TEDx stage and into workshops for organisations like McKinsey and AIG, all pointing back to one idea: the conditioning is the problem, not you. And that you can grow into who are meant to become through self-trust.

SPEAKING

Conversations that don’t just stay in the room

Shivani has delivered talks and workshops for organisations including McKinsey, AIG, TSB and Redkite, alongside pay.uk and has spoken at TEDxWarwick.
Her sessions bring the same honesty that built a top 1% global podcast onto the stage, turning conversations about self-doubt, conditioning and confidence into something a room full of people can put to use.
Every talk is built around one idea: the audience leaves with language for something they'd never said out loud and a next step to act on it.

THE PODCAST

A woman sitting in a cream-colored chair, smiling and raising her hand. She is wearing a yellow satin robe, lace-trimmed shorts, and beige high-heeled shoes. There is a television screen in the background displaying a logo with the letters 'AM' and the words 'with Shivani Pau'. The room has a black curtain, a table with a bottle of Fiji water, and a tall yellow lamp.

300+ episodes and counting, A Millennial Mind brings honest conversations on self-doubt, identity, spirituality, wellness and reinvention to a global audience of women and men rethinking who they were taught to be. From cultural expectation to mindset, health and life transitions, no topic is off the table.

Hey! I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Shivani. I studied law and sociology at Warwick, then spent years in corporate roles at Eon and Atos, work that looked like success from the outside but didn't feel like it from mine. I left in 2022 to build something that did. That's turned into a podcast, a performance planner and a TEDx talk but really it's just been the long process of learning to trust myself again.
